As well known, China is the world’s largest producer and exporter of products, a veritable “world factory”. According to data released by the United Nations Statistics Office in 2020, China accounts for 28% of global manufacturing output, accounting for nearly one-third of all global output. The capital of China’s guitar industry is Huiyang in Guangdong province, with guitar production accounting for 60% of China’s and 25% of the world’s. Other origins are Zheng’an in Guizhou province, Zhangzhou in Fujian province and Weifang in Shandong province. The output of electric guitars in Weifang of Shandong province accounts for about one-third of the total output of China, of which more than 80% are exported to more than 30 countries and regions such as South Korea, the United States, and Australia.

China’s home appliance industry base is located in Hefei City of Anhui Province, where the output of air conditioners, color TVs, washing machines and refrigerators ranks first in China. The small home appliance industry belt is mainly located in Shunde of Guangdong Province, which is the world’s largest and most complete small home appliance production base. The main products include microwave ovens, air conditioners, and electric fans. There are more than 3,000 household appliance manufacturers and supporting enterprises in the region, and the output value accounts for about 15% of the whole China’s household appliance industry.
